Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how PIMBA handles personal data when you visit pimba.it, create an account, or use the PIMBA assistant and connected services.

1. Data Controller and contact
PIMBA is provided by Mi9 LLC, which is the data controller for the processing described in this policy. Mi9 LLC is a single-member limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States, registration no. 2026-002065012, with its principal office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

2. What data PIMBA processes
- Account and security data: name, email address, authentication records, two-factor authentication status, and security logs.
- Workspace content: tasks, notes, reminders, calendar items, assistant conversations, and your preferences.
- Messages and media you submit: text, documents, voice messages, and the related transcripts and structured results.
- Connected-service data: the minimum information needed to operate a Google Calendar or Telegram connection that you choose to enable.
- Technical data: security, audit, browser, and device information necessary to operate and protect the service.
Please do not submit special-category or highly sensitive personal data unless PIMBA expressly enables that use under a separate notice.
3. Why we use your data

4. AI, voice, and assistant features
PIMBA can turn submitted voice messages into text and use AI-assisted interpretation to prepare structured suggestions, such as tasks, reminders, or calendar actions. These suggestions remain subject to the approval controls presented by PIMBA before an external action is performed.
Audio transcription is currently performed locally by PIMBA's configured transcription service. Where an AI interpretation service is enabled, the content needed to provide the requested interpretation may be processed by the selected AI provider under the safeguards applicable to that service. PIMBA does not use your content for advertising.
5. Google Calendar, Telegram, and other integrations
Integrations are optional. PIMBA accesses only the permissions you approve and uses them only to provide the requested function. For example, a connected Google Calendar may be read and synchronized automatically; PIMBA may create, update, or cancel only the Google events linked to an approved PIMBA action in a selected writable calendar.
Google, Telegram, and other services you choose to connect may process data as independent controllers under their own privacy notices. Email delivery, where enabled, may use a specialized delivery provider. Telephone features are not currently active; this policy will be updated before any production telephone service is introduced.
6. Recipients and international transfers
Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel and service providers that need it to operate PIMBA. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect the security of the service and its users.
Mi9 LLC is established in the United States. Some service providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area. Where processing involves an international transfer subject to applicable data protection law, we use the required transfer mechanism and safeguards, such as an applicable adequacy decision or contractual safeguards. 7. Retention
- Account and workspace content: until the account is deleted or the data is no longer needed for the requested service.
- Technical backups: up to 30 days.
- Security and audit records: up to 24 months, unless a longer period is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We may retain information longer where required by law. Data may also be retained in anonymized form that no longer identifies you.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the legal basis. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Send requests to info@pimba.it. We will respond without undue delay and normally within one month.
9. Cookies and local storage
PIMBA uses necessary authentication cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, protect the service, and remember choices such as your theme preference. PIMBA does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide any required notice or consent controls.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when PIMBA, its integrations, or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
